Locaāhands is a Surabaya Restaurant started in 2019
founded by three youngsters and led by Surabaya Chef Dick Derian.
It takes place on a restored terrace and turns into a Cafe
and Restaurant. The first cafe is situated on Opak Street. In 2021
Locaahands had an opportunity to open a new restaurant with an
exquisite concept: “The Dining Club.” We began PT. Tangan Kita
Berkarya. as a group to manage the company and current business
lines going forward. We made a home for comforting products with a
twist of unexpected factors and new pop-ups by relatives, which was
still taboo in the City of Surabaya back in 2019.

Dining Club is a getaway for curated dining experiences in Surabaya.
highlighting the seasonal ingredients, and deliver it with techniques
